THE POSITION & RESPONSIBILITY

This position is primarily sales, and secondarily event coordination. You'll handle inbound requests from our website or phone, as well as do outreach to organizations like churches and youth groups. If you love people, you'll love this position. And if you love working in pajamas, then you'll love this gig even more. 

Age and past profession doesn't matter. You can be a college kid, or a stay at home mom. What matters most is your personality, ambition, and organizational skills. 

SKILLSET & QUALITIES NEEDED

You must be outgoing, and ambitious. If you're an extrovert, you'll excel in this position. If you cringe anytime a phone rings because there might be another human trying to talk to you, then you will not last one day.  Beyond that, this position is a work from anywhere scenario. It's a bonus if you live in the Greater Des Moines, IA area, but is not required.

You need just enough computer skills that you feel comfortable opening a Google Spreadsheet (like Microsoft Excel) and updating some information (very copy-and-paste). 

HOURS REQUIRED

A minimum of 5 hours per week is required. Maximum depends on you. We'll discuss expectations.

PAYMENT

Compensation will be discussed in the interview process. However I'll be honest and tell you payment is heavily weighted towards commission on events, ranging from $50-to-$150 per booking. With just a few hours of work per week, and a few booked gigs, you'll have plenty of time to change out of your pajamas. You win, they win and we all win!
